Return & Refund Policy

At Alpha Standard, we believe in our products and strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Not worn
- Not washed
- In original condition
- Free of stains, odors, animal hair, or damage

Original tags should be attached, if possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for returns, such as:
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Worn, washed, or damaged products
- Products marked as final sale

Refunds

After your returned merchandise has been received and reviewed, we will inform you whether the return is accepted or rejected. If accepted, your refund will be credited back to your original mode of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or receive a defective product, we will help you out subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is delivered damaged or you receive the wrong product, the customer will bear the expense of return shipping.
