Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and may vary based on destination and carrier performance.
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Alpha Standard is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Alpha Standard is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.

International Shipping
